Echo is an app created during a Start Up Weekend. The idea is allowing the user to challenge a friend to shout a 140 character phrase in a public space while recording it on Facebook live for a specified amount of money. If you are willing to accept the challenge for the amount of money offered, you go out, shout the phrase, and collect your money!
